Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, and get in touch if anything isn’t right.

Return Eligibility

If an item you receive is significantly different from its description or photos, we’re happy to offer a return or refund. All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them—unworn, unused, and with any original tags or packaging still intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, we can still accept a return or exchange. Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return shipping will be at your expense.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@shirtsvskins.ie within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return instructions and help you through the process.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If you’re returning an item from outside Ireland, please note that delivery times may vary.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? The quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item. Once we receive and accept your return, we’ll issue a refund.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. It may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@shirtsvskins.ie.

Please Note: If returns bring the order total below the threshold for shipping, standard shipping charges may apply and be deducted from the refund
