Shipping policy

Please allow  1-2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using An Post’s 3 Day tracked delivery service.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

We offer €5.99 flat rate tracked postage to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: [list of countries].

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SHIRTS V SKINS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery if an item is not as described or has been damaged during transit and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shirtsvskins.ie  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
